These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of inksy.ai and the Inksy AI tattoo generator and directory (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Inksy provides AI-generated tattoo design previews, curated tattoo ideas, and a directory of tattoo artists and studios. Generated designs are previews to help you explore and communicate ideas—they are not a substitute for a professional tattoo artist’s judgment.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Polar) on the cadence shown at checkout (e.g. weekly, monthly, or annual).
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time.
Generation limits and features depend on your plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
Violate others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Your content and generated designs

You retain rights to the prompts you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the designs you generate for your personal tattoo purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any design does not infringe third-party rights.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated designs may be inaccurate or resemble existing works. Inksy does not guarantee originality, fitness, or suitability of any generated design, and the Service does not provide medical, safety, or professional tattooing advice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inksy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
