This Privacy Policy explains how Inksy (“Inksy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use inksy.ai and our AI tattoo generator and directory (the “Service”).

Content you provide: the prompts, preferences, and inspiration you submit to generate tattoo designs, and the designs generated for you.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and device/browser information collected via analytics.
Payment information: when you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider (Polar). We do not store full card details on our servers.

To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including AI generation.
To manage your account, subscription, and generation limits.

Service providers

We share data with providers who help us run the Service, including authentication and database hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Polar), AI model providers used to generate designs, and analytics tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
